Eric Buckson, Delaware State Senator
State Senator Eric Buckson is the Senator for the 16th Senate District, Delaware General Assembly. He is a lifelong resident of the State of Delaware, graduated from University of Delaware, and a retired educator from the Polytech School District.
Dr. Gerald Curry, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force
Dr. Gerald Curry is the Director of the Air Force Review Boards Agency, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. He is a retired Colonel in the US Air Force where he served as a security forces officer.
Dr. Saundra DeLauder, Provost, Delaware State University
Dr. Saundra DeLauder is the Provost and Chief Academic Officer for Delaware State University. She is the sixth permanent provost in the school’s history, as well as the first woman to hold the position. Dr. DeLauder’s career in higher education spans more than 26 years, including becoming the first female to become a full professor at North Carolina Central University.
CW5 Ernestine Epps, Delaware National Guard
Warrant Officer Five Ernestine Epps is the Command Chief Warrant Officer for the Delaware National Guard. She is the first woman to reach the rank of CW5 in the state of Delaware and is the first African American State Command Chief Warrant Officer.

CJ Charlton, DSU Aviation Program Director
William "CJ" Charlton is the Delaware State University Aviation Program Director and Captain at United Airlines. CJ has over 15 years of non-profit expertise in educating students on career opportunities in the field of aviation and previous served as C-130 pilot in the US Air Force Reserves.
Cedric Davis, United Airlines B737 LCP
Cedric Davis is a Captain and Line Check Pilot (LCP) at United Airlines with over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. Cedric was previously enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and flew cargo worldwide for Kalitta Air, LLC and Atlas Air, Inc.
Ejide Fashina, National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees
Ejide Fashina is the Program Lead for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Partnership for Safety Program. She has over 16 years of experience as an air traffic control specialist and is a proud Philadelphia native.
Douglas “Bane” Jenkins, D.C. ANG F-16 Pilot (Moderator)
Douglas “Bane” Jenkins is a F-16 Instructor Pilot and Major in the D.C. Air National Guard. He is a 2011 graduate of Tuskegee University, where he studied Mechanical Engineering and is a combat veteran with nearly 2,500 flight hours in the T-6, T-38 and F-16.
